Cattail Landscape


Good Morning! I have a new Doodle Pantry image to share with you called "Cattail Pond", beautifully illustrated by Laurie Wilson and so versatile for so many sentiments and occasions. This card is also being entered into the "Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge #76", based on Exodus 8:9-11and the challenge is to use the color green on your project...I've got plenty of that here! LOL For this card, I wanted the image to be the focal point and decided to keep the card minimal in embellishment to not distract from Laurie's beautiful image. I find that coloring water with Copic Sketch Markers are always a challenge, but with the handy Colorless Blender (0) it is easy to create ripples in the water giving it a more realistic look.
